Black on Both Sides - 100 Proof Pop Up

B.O.B.S. is a tribute to everything Black people have contributed to the hospitality industry, more specifically, bartending, service, and good eats. We want to uplift and highlight the high level of expertise, craftsmanship, and creativity of Black opulence. to pave different roads for those that will come after us. 

As such, our hospitality is littered with our Black history, for better or worse. We want people of all backgrounds to come in and be surrounded by Black hospitality history so blatant that we defy the expectations of whatever venue we visit. We want our actions, our service, our drinks, and our food to speak much louder than we can alone. We call this ethos “Black Opulence” and it is what unites our passion to bring forth black faces from the forgotten backdrops of the hospitality industry.
